About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will join a cross-functional team with the mission to empower Yahoo’s mobile product teams through data, technology, analyses, and insights.  You will be the product owner for new and existing analytics products (mobile and desktop) used by our mobile app and SDK teams to drive our portfolio and business forward.


Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal customers to identify and prioritize problems and solutions related to app analytics and data intelligence
• Develop and communicate a vision, goals, strategy, roadmap, and groomed backlog to deliver business value
• Build and lead an agile cross-functional team to iteratively develop, integrate, and deploy high-quality solutions into production
• Acquire and use data to make informed decisions, and evangelize insights and implications

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field; MS/MBA preferred
• Product management experience leading agile software development teams to deliver mobile products, Web apps, and/or data products
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces via mocks and wireframes
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong ability to defend and debate design and interaction choices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
