The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing our relationships with our highest value advertising clients. The position involves analyzing clients’ campaign data and up-selling existing advertisers with custom solutions. The job incumbent will work closely with sales, production, programs to support the business and revenue goals achievement.
Responsibilities

Create and implement custom advertising solutions for each client;

Maintain deep-level relationships and develop a major account list of clients;

Up-sell existing clients and expand relationships by identifying new products and services that best meet client needs;

Respond to general and specialized client requests and understand all internal systems;

Analyze client ROI / CPA goals and data, media buying cycles, web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy and target demographics, etc;

Act as the focal point for post-sale customer experience.
Competencies
-
Degree holder with 5+ years of sales or client servicing experience in advertising field or agencies is highly preferred;

Excellent command of written and verbal Chinese and English with good presentation and communication skills.

Strong computer skills in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented;

Aggressive and adaptive to a fast-paced work and industry environment;

Good command of Mandarin is a plus;

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Strategic Account Manager.
