Program Description:

The Whirlpool Leadership Development Program centers on meaningful and challenging roles. As an MBA, your first role will involve working in one of our HR Centers of Excellence or directly supporting the HR work of a business unit. Subsequent roles will focus on further building business acumen, organizational strategy competencies and other skillsets to prepare you for an HR Business Partner role. At Whirlpool, our talent management processes and opportunities to accomplish great work mean that you can expect to obtain experience in several different HR roles early in your career. As a member of the Whirlpool Leadership Development Program you will have access to a comprehensive, multi-year learning and development curriculum that leverages classroom and online learning to grow your business acumen and leadership skills. Additionally, you will be paired with a senior leader mentor who will be dedicated to helping you develop and hone your leadership skills and chart your career.

Qualifications

To succeed in this program, you will need the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

MBA with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

3-5 years of work experience in Consulting, Strategy, Human Resources; or related work experience
