Responsibilities:

Lilly's internship program is best in class. It provides MBA students the unique opportunity to work for 10 continuous weeks in corporate headquarters of a Fortune 500 multinational company. Our internship program helps us identify future leaders as well as provides a transparent experience for interns to experience our culture and see the variety of career paths available at Lilly. The people, projects and the activities provide a wonderful landscape of learning and platform for strengthening your leadership skills. Your project will help you learn about the industry and our global business, while partnering with highly capable leaders who provide valuable coaching to facilitate individual growth. Projects are tangible real world work - challenging and important to the business.

Exposure and access to senior leadership at the company is a cornerstone of our program which allows you to understand their perspectives on the business, careers and values. Training sessions are structured to help you develop your knowledge of the industry, your functional skills in marketing, along with your leadership skills. Social events are held to meet other interns, other Lilly employees and become acclimated to Indianapolis throughout the summer.

Basic Qualifications:

Enrolled in an MBA program•

• Expected graduation by August 2015

• Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Additional Skills/Preferences:

3 to 7 years of professional work experience with growing responsibilities in business related disciplines. Work experience in other disciplines and industries may also be considered.
