Responsibilities
  • Develop social marketing insights strategy and vision that provides a holistic view of the impact and reach of listening
  • Manage agency partnerships for all reporting/analytics/insights
  • <

    Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing and managing social insights and listening
  • 4+ years leading direct reports in a fast paced, high volume, large corporation or agency; strong cross functional leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Savvy and knowledgeable of social media trends and innovations. Depth of knowledge with social listening best practices
  • Ability to build close relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, as well as with key vendor partner
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and to see the big picture, providing actionable/influential recommendations
  • Qualitative research skills, including the ability to interpret unstructured data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Thought leadership skills, including the ability to recognize trends/opportunities and formulate hypotheses and recommendations relevant to the business
  • A strong record integrating corporate communications and marketing as well as history of anticipating issues and the skills to be strategic, proactive and assertive.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite
  • Wireless or Mobile experience or heavy knowledge of the space is a plus

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, research, business, statistics, communications or social sciences or related field – MBA is a plus
