We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. The Senior Accountant will participate in preparing financial statements and have lead role in coordinating with external auditors and other special projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Participate in the preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements
• Draft form 10-K and 10-Q to be filed with the SEC
• Update and maintain policy and procedure manuals
• Perform stock option expense calculations and disclosure requirements
• Research accounting related issues and SOX 404 compliance
• Coordinate audits with external vendors
• Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Required 4+ years of work experience in audit/SEC reporting
• BS Degree in Accounting
• Proficient with Excel and MS Word
• Ability to work independently and also, as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks with varying deadlines simultaneously and under time constraints
• Big 4 experience a plus
