Summary: Our Global Services Division (GSD) MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) aims to develop a leadership pipeline of top MBA talent for the Sanofi Group. The Program provides in-depth training over two years through three rotations, spanning across various functions and affiliates of Sanofi in the US. Rotations are strategic, challenging and meaningful, providing an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of patients around the globe. Participants are exposed to senior executives, key speaker series and mentoring opportunities to round out the experience. The GSD LDP launches your career to the next level, through a targeted approach. Responsibilities: Rotations will be mapped to strategic priorities within the Global Services Division which is comprised of ten functions that include Finance, Supply Chain & Distribution, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Information Solutions, Compliance, Communications, Procurement, Site Services and Legal. Participants will support a particular functional area within Sanofi through each rotation. Specific responsibilities may include: � Assist in the development and execution of a shared services strategy and the tactical plan to support it � Develop, track and be responsible for key performance metrics as part of our Strategic Program Office and continuous improvement efforts � Provide support for various analytical & strategy projects (healthcare reform, launch planning) � Project management for ongoing priority projects � Drive large scale change management efforts focused on building our culture (i.e., service excellence) � Facilitate communication and best practice sharing across functions and the region
 
Qualifications
 Basic Qualifications: � Must be currently enrolled at an accredited MBA program with plans to graduate in spring 2014 � Two to five years of prior work experience � Advanced knowledge of MS Office Preferred Qualifications: � Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to present work effectively � Demonstrated ability and experience to effectively interact with executives and senior leaders � Ability to function in a collaborative, team environment � Ability to successfully manage a multi-project workload � Strong analytical and quantitative skills � Ability to navigate through complex situations to make interpersonal connections with leaders and other program participants to investigate potential paths for personal career growth � Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, make decisions and influence movement of assigned projects and professional growth
