Most people think of everyday actions as ordinary. We don’t. For 175 years, we have been innovating for the seemingly ordinary… detergent, toothpaste, diapers, shampoo… and so much more.  All because we believe that with the benefits of our everyday products, ordinary actions can have extraordinary effects.  We call this The Everyday Effect™.  We believe everyone deserves an extraordinary day, every day.  Join us in creating extraordinary moments every day.  P&G serves approximately 4.6 billion people around the world with its brands, operates in approximately 75 countries worldwide, and has the strongest portfolio of trusted, quality, leadership brands, including Pampers®, Tide®, Pantene®, Gillette®, Oral-B®, and Old Spice®.

P&G Finance & Accounting offers you the opportunity to experience a breadth of assignments as well as the flexibility to meet your individual career objectives as we work together to build our businesses. Finance & Accounting is unique within P&G since we work across every area of the business, both domestically and globally. Our role within P&G is to provide leadership to business decision making as well as manage the Company's financial and accounting affairs to maximize long-term profits, cash flow, and total shareholder return.

Our assignments offer you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, while you continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. We provide you with the tools to take charge of your professional development. Your assignment could be in one of our industry based sectors (Global Baby, Feminine, and Family Care, Global Beauty, Global Health & Grooming, & Global Fabric & Home Care), as well as our Marketing Development Organization, Global Business Services, and all Corporate Functions including, of course, the Tax Department.

P&G Finance & Accounting careers are focused on the individual - and not a pre-designed career path. We offer you the opportunity to partner with us in building our businesses while you continue to develop a broad base of skills as you meet your career objectives. We also provide you with the tools to take charge of your professional development. While most assignments are centered in Cincinnati, Ohio, we have opportunities at our manufacturing sites and other business locations across the U.S.
