MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

o   Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are aligned with the business plan to achieve desired revenue, expense, and service goals

o   Drive branch’s performance to achieve sales targets

o   Create a strong sales and service culture, foster an environment in which all branch employees and segment partners work together to achieve all scorecard objective

o   Lead sales/service activities within the branch by coordinating seminars, micro-marketing events, promotional campaigners, product initiatives

o   Analyze trends in both local/niche market and customer profiles to identify potential sales opportunities

o   Support branch portfolio growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, deepening relationships, and increasing client acquisition

o   Aspire branch team to provide superior customer experience and build lasting relationships

o   Resolve escalated customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively

o   Partner with Human Resources to effectively manage a full range of people management responsibilities , including hiring, performance management , and compensation

o   Own the end to end customer experience in the branch

o   Manage branch day-to-day sale operation and performance

o   Ensure good control and compliance with Citygroup policy for branch Self-Assessment every quarter

Qualifications
 

REQUIREMENTS

 

      Master’s Degree is preferable

      At least 5 years’ experience in Consumer Banking, Underwriting or Marketing is preferable

      Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others

      Good analytical skills and decision-making

      Good command of English and Vietnamese

      Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

      Strong communication and negotiation skills
