•Responsible for the overall management and maintenance of Nike’s extensive Real Estate portfolio across the APAC region with a focus upon Commercial Real-Estate. The role covers a vast property portfolio across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, India, Australia and SEA
•Real Estate Lease Management: Manages the leasing of real estate for the company including the supervision of leasing of all owned real properties as well as responsible for the location and direct negotiation of sites for purchase or lease of facilities 
•Admin/Procedure Management: Assists to ensure proper documentation of lease transactions, supervised the administrative management of leased properties. Establishes procedures used in site acquisition and property management
•Lead the Real Estate portfolio strategic planning in the region inclusive of financial analysis and models to develop the long-term sustainable Corporate Real Estate vision for the business in APAC 
•Work closely with internal teams in WHQ and APAC inclusive of Global Real Estate, Construction & Facilities to ensure alignment and synergy throughout all development of the Real Estate strategy 
•Engage and directly manage key vendors to partner in the management of the Real Estate portfolio in the region
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field with a Masters Degree / MBA strongly preferred 
•At least 10 years’ experience within Real Estate / Property management in APAC (or related field) with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
•Absolute fluency in English is required for this role and Mandarin is also strongly preferred 
•Proven ability to directly lead and close negotiations with a range of critical partners within the Real Estate Leasing and Acquisition process 
•Strong hands-on analytical skillset with attention to detail required and ability to formulate and develop short and long-term strategic plans
