To be successful for this role, you need to have the following qualities:

• Organize, operate and effectively lead the IT team and efforts for the hotel. Strictly follow protocol with the objective of providing the best technology systems for the hotel,  24/7/365 support of systems and training on systems for team members and guests.
• Be the key driver for the purchasing, installation and training on all pre-opening technology systems
• Ability to speak and read English and Thai required.
• Minimum five years of experience in hotel IT required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Positive, empowering and team-oriented leadership style required.
• Pre-opening experience required.
