"IBM Sales Execution CoE’s main function is to assist with the Sales Management and Execution activities for enhanced seller effectiveness . A typical role involves diverse nature of activities including team management; ensuring team understands the CoE mandate; world wide stakeholder engagement; The profile requires the person to work across shifts based on the geography that his/her team is supporting. The geographies that we support include the Americas, Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. The work location is either IBM JDM Towers office in Noida or IBM Divyasree office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The desired candidate should be able to Read , Write and Speak Korean Language. Responsibilities – 1. Plan and Execute the strategy of the Sales Execution CoE 2. Lead a wide range of team management and center operational activities 3. Reviews existing systems/processes and challenges the validity of given procedures and processes with a view toward enhancement or improvement. 4. Business analysis, Decision support and working within various reporting systems for enhanced sales execution. 5. Stakeholder engagement and handling of escalations 6. Recognize and articulate problems related to the simple project or segment of the project. Apply thought leadership, creativity and judgment in development of solutions or deliverable objectives. Strong interpersonal skills , strong communicator, including ability to communicate with various levels of management (across IBM World Wide) , ambitious, ability to cope with deadlines , result driven , strong quantitative/analytical skills , attention to detail, ownership & responsibility.

Preference is given to candidates who have worked in Financial / Communication/ Distribution/ Industrial/ Public sectors or Sales Operations & Reporting in the technology industry in offshore delivery roles.

MS Excel (Power User) / 3-4 | PowerPoint/Freelance / 4-5 Should be a self starter and solution seeker. Should possess excellent problem Solving/business analysis skills. Require strong Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to work in tight deadlines and highly results driven person.. Good organisational skills and time management skills. Required

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years experience in Business Analysis & MIS

  • At least 3 years experience in Strrong Stakeholder Management.

  • At least 4 years experience in Korean Languare

  • English: Intermediate
