We challenge you to take an active role as the HR lead in our San Marcos facility with over 300 employees housing both Commercial and Operations professional staff.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drives local business and culture transformation at site
- Consults and coaches business managers on organizational change management, employee issues
- Champions employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business
- Establishes effective HR programs and processes which comply with the challenges of the business
- Initiates and monitors the key HR processes in the business: HRIS, strategic planning, staffing, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development

Position is the sole HR resource in the facility and will lead both employee and labor relations. Will support Professional Lighting Solutions (PLS) Operations, Product Management, R&D, Order Management in the San Marcos, TX facility. Incumbent will partner with other NA HR colleagues across US, Canada and Mexico to drive HR processes and Organization Management.

An experienced Human Resource Manager with
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years’ experience in human resources
- 2-3 years of experience in labor relations – negotiations and grievance experience
- Experience dealing with unionized manufacturing environment
- Strategic and tactical thinker who learns quickly
- Solid employee relations experience
