POSITION DESCRIPTION & KEY DELIVERABLES
 
1-     Account Management
·         Act as the primary customer focal point for our airlines customers for all Aerospace products and services
·         Establish strong business relationship with a group of customers in the Asia Pacific region.
·         Take ownership of business growth targets, including AOP, sales wins, gross margin, working capital and other financial matrix.
·         Take responsibility to influence all internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction and Honeywell performance including, ISC, CSO, ATS, ACC, and continuous improvement on OEM ratings.
·         Maintains oversight of HON performance to customer contractual obligations.
·         Support C&PS on product support continuous improvement programs and dispute resolutions.
·         Provides constant feedback to the DS marketing team and Airlines Direct Sales Manager to improve the product and service offering.
 
2-     Sales Pursuits
·         Reach individual sales wins and revenue target.
·         Identify customers’ needs, proactively offer full range of products and services, negotiate and close the long term and short term deals.
·         Deliver sales presentations, highlight advantages of Honeywell products and service solutions to the target customers.
·         Support HAT sales and responsible for IP sales.
·         Plan, execute, and manage campaigns to retrofit customer fleets with Service Bulletins, Retrofits, Modifications, and upgrades.
 
Qualifications
 
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in a similar capacity and accomplishments in the global aerospace market, including:

• Engineering or business degree preferred. MBA/PMP is a plus. 
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or engineering. 
• A passion for Aerospace in general and the Air Transport & Regional world in particular. 
• Good knowledge of Aerospace industry. 
• Sales and goal oriented mindset. 
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 
• Strong customer and executive communication skills. 
• Sound influencing and negotiation skills, able to create win-win situations. 
• Ability to think broadly and integrative. 
• Intellectual curiosity. 
• Knowledge of SAP.
