Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a critical part of the Performance Business Management team, you will be focusing on developing performance strategy across APAC region. You will engage in activities ranging from routine business reporting/updates to long-term strategic analysis and ad-hoc investigation of business critical issues. 
Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical "horsepower" to shape business strategy and provide operational steering for the APAC performance business.
  • Leverage technical expertise to execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights.
  • Provide weekly revenue updates and develop tools to track key performance indicators and to drive incremental revenue.
  • Partner with the country cluster teams and product team on developing region/country specific initiatives to drive revenue/product adoption targets.
  • Partner with sales operations/sales finance and GSL teams to make sure the performance strategy and resourcing is aligned globally/regionally.
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and pulling data from relational databases.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.
