As a Senior Manager for Customer Advisory, you'll help Customer clients to design and develop solutions based on knowledge of the customers and preparing customer management strategy setup, operation model design, process design, function design and on site implementation advisory for different areas of the company, in particular, product, marketing, sales and customer service within the financial, telecommunication, retail, high tech, manufacturing and transportation services and other public sector industries who are established within the specified market.

You'll also be responsible for business development, identify and qualify opportunities, and lead proposal development, client facing and project delivery.

As a Senior Manager for Customer Advisory, you'll identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content. You'll lead and manage a complex multi-work stream project with a team of 35 consultants for strategic phase and with 5-8 consultants for processes and initiative design phase, and more than 8 consultants for function design and on site implementation advisory phase. Also you are expected to collaborate with other teams and departments (Local and Global) to develop business and deliver projects.

Requirements: 
* University Bachelors or Masters degree with 10 years of working experience, preferably with 7 years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization. 
* Knowledge of key processes of product development, marketing, sales and service area based on the operational and analytical CRM. 
* Deep technical expertise across at least one and preferably a number of the following disciplines: 
- CRM Strategy and Customer Experience Design
- Market and Customer Insight and Analytics
- Digital and Multi-Channel Strategy Design including social media
- Marketing & Pricing Effectiveness
- Sales Effectiveness (B2C and B2B area)
- Customer Service Effectiveness
- CRM Solution Design and Implementation 
* Able to conduct business development work and lead and manage consulting projects independently or with support of Partners. 
* Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies, is a plus. 
* MBA degree from a reputable business school is a plus. 
* Experience in managing/ dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organization restructuring and transformation 
* Experience in hiring, educating and managing junior/senior consultants. 
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
