Requirements:
- University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization.
- Proven record in supply chain analysis, in the area of supply chain optimisation, inventory modelling, network design or logistic implementation ; or
- Experience in sourcing and procurement, knowledge in sourcing categories, procurement organisational design and process improvement, or procurement systems implementation, or procurement shared service/centralisation design and implementation.
- Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies, is a plus.
- MBA degree from a reputable business school is a plus.
- Experience in managing/ dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organization restructuring and transformation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
