Job Requirements

.Through our campus recruiting efforts, full-time positions are offered to MBA graduates who have at least three years prior work experience and who have received their MBA within the past three years.  Participation in Emerson’s elite MBA Leadership Program puts these people on a fast track to leadership positions within our company. Emerson offers 20 to 30 full-time positions annually. These assignments can be at our corporate headquarters’ in St. Louis or in major cities at one of our businesses around the world.  Initial assignments are 18 to 36 months, after which time we work to identify a new role that aligns with your career aspirations.  Opportunities exist in strategic planning, supply chain management, marketing, operations, and other functional areas.  More than 70% of the MBA’s hired in the past 10 years have been promoted into leadership roles.
