Key responsibilities:

* Six Sigma is the methodology adopted by the Corporation to drive both improvements and culturechange. In Six Sigma, the Black Belt's key roles are Delivering Results, Developing expertise in Breakthrough Systems, Mentoring/Teaching/Coaching, Leading and Directing work team, Influencing, Documenting, and Communicating.
* Lead the implementation of improvement projects for all facets of the DCP Business using Six Sigma methodologies. Black Belts will work primarily but not exclusively in their geography or area of functional expertise.
* Work with functional, country, site, and business/function teams to identify, define, and complete projects using Six Sigma statistical methodologies. Black Belts are accountable for completion of projects, which deliver measurable benefits to improve the business performance of DCP.
* Provide leadership and direction to local organizations for the implementation of improvements.
* All Black Belts selected will be extensively trained in the Six Sigma breakthrough methodologies. The role of Black Belt and the type of work led by a Black belt presents a significant opportunity for personal development.

· Strong functional or supply chain knowledge and the ability to recognize opportunities for significant improvement.

· Strong mathematical skills and ability to further develop those skills.

· Strong project management skills

· A desire to learn new skills and identify opportunities to apply Six Sigma methodologies to processes which are currently in use throughout the CPP business.

· An ability to effectively communicate within the organization and ensure support for improvement projects.

· Demonstrated leadership capability.

· Ability to network with and influence many people across sites, functions, supply chains, geographies, cultures.

· Demonstrated teamwork skills
