Supervise the daily logistical needs in the most efficient method for all crops to meet company goals and KPIs. (utilize TP/VS, FAD, and cost decisions. etc).- Capture,update, communicate Plant KPIs and develop CAs when below.- Service while cost efficient. (In season)- Plan for different shipping seasons ie Clockwork, Adaptive, In season, and returns. Supervise logistic Coordinators and Specialist, conduct seasonal reviews and monthly coaching session utilizing GTM.-Ensure Logistic employees are trained and operating to Quality Management Sytems (QMS) in a safe efficient manner- Set expectations, coach, review, evaluate 3rd party Logistic and Regional Distribution CentersResponsible for the Supervision and Management of the Logistic team.-Develop staffing and resource plan to meet logistics goals for season. -Responsible for hiring Logistics Specialist and Coordinators. Work closely with other location Supervisors to achieve plant KPIs.-Supervise logistic Specialist, conduct seasonal reviews and monthly coaching sessions utilizing GTM.

Bachelor's degree preferred. May substitue applicable experience. 3-5 Years on-the-job or related experience logistics, business, or supply chain required.
