Responsibilities This intern will assist with content strategy across all three kids’ networks.  The selected candidate will work closely with Managers and Directors on the Digital Media team to develop content strategies for network priorities.  Focus will be on developing and producing game and activity content for our premiere “Watch” apps. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and self starter, able to juggle multiple requests with a high attention to detail. The candidate will also be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt, creatively, based upon input and direction given from leaders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Work with digital team to brainstorm new digital strategies which drive engagement for network shows
•Write proposals for third parties to develop games and activities
•Give feedback, direction and insight on games and activities currently in development or production.
 
Basic Qualifications •All students must be eligible to work in the US
•All students must be at least 18 years old
•You must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and taking at least one class – OR – be a recent graduate of an accredited college or university within the last six (6) months - OR - be currently participating in the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program or Disney Professional Internship Program in order to qualify for this internship.
•All students must be available to a minimum of 2 full work days (8 hours/day), and one partial day (4 hours) for a total of 20 hours/week
•All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship

•All candidates must possess a working knowledge of the Digital business, including insights for consumer needs and trends
•All students must have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 
Preferred Qualifications •MBA Students in their 2nd year
•Ability to provide 5 full days (8 hours/day)
•Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
•Previous experience within a Digital environment

•Previous experience within a Marketing/Strategy environment
•Basic Understanding of Digital Platforms and Technology
•Knowledge of casual gaming and games for mobile apps
