The Director, Sales & Capture, APAC will provide for global sales & capture support for the International business area within Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc.  (HTSI).  Principal responsibilities include:
 
  • Moving forward and directly assisting in closing new work as part of a robust International sales opportunity pipeline, creation of a new partner, customer relationships, and capture execution to include development of new and lasting marketing and proposal materials. 
  • Leading individual captures ensuring high quality proposal submissions, as well as helping organize resources and success across the entire International portfolio. 
  • Work in the HTSI International Business Development organization, reporting to the Director, International Business Development. 
 
Qualifications
 
Basic Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field plus 10 years of directly related experience. In lieu of formal education, 15 years of progressive related experience in a comparable environment.

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

  • Travel of 50% minimum is expected
  • Business development and sales experience;
  • Experience in the APAC business environment;
  • Domain knowledge in the fields of security and logistics.  Specifically for security, knowledge of CCTV, access control, perimeter intrusion detection systems, thermal imagers, and radar.
  • In depth knowledge of key decision makers and companies in the security and logistics industry in APAC;
  • Strong analytical ability;
  • Ability to assess data and develop recommendations based on data;
  • Ability to clarify the exact nature of customer's problems or requests;
  • Strong project orientation skills;
  • Solid technical understanding of the bid;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills; 
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-national, geographically dispersed project team;
  • Excellent communications/presentation skills;
  • Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user;
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa or Mandarin.
  • Thorough knowledge of HTSI capabilities;
  • Cyber security experience;
  • Healthcare experience;
  • Experience with SalesForce software
