Manage Japan Transaction Online team to deliver marketing programs that support the Japan Consumer+Small business strategies, objectives and goals.

Work with Japan CSO, Marketing Brand and Sales leaders to set quarterly financial plan and targets for the Japan Transactional online business.

Provide daily, weekly and quarterly assessments of KPIs including Conversion, Frictionless and Launch update to Sales GMs and Marketing leaders on online demand generation programs, recommend and create product offering/bundles, obtain Finance approvals

Identify Japan specific IT requirements to assess, address and remove gaps and/or redundancies – Simplify is key

Actively participate and contribute in Japan Online strategy forums with the spirit of growing Online penetration beyond Consumer and Small Business segments

Tight interlock/alignment with Product Marketing, Segment marketing, Sales and IT to ensure optimal internal and external Customer Experience (CE) when using Dell.com and/or Premier.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years proven experience in commercial or consumer sales or marketing - ideally from managerial background with strong business and financial acumen preferably in the online arena. Masters Degree (MBA) is preferred.

l Sound knowledge of Sales procedures (both online and offline) to enable quick problem solving.
