Coca-Cola: IMCC Manager - Indonesia

The IMC Manager (s), will be instrumental in furthering Integrated Marketing Communications capability, in line with the transformational strategy for Coca-Cola in Indonesia.  He / She will, in conjunction with key agency partners and in support of Group IMC manager and Senior IMC Managers, deliver brilliant results in all Core Creative Idea application, Content Creation as well as impactful Connection Points / Planning & and, especially full IMC plan execution.  He/ she will help define agency scope of work, creative executions rule, manage key deliverables and priorities, track against milestones and help manage budgets for specific key parts of  initiatives/programs in line with EBP and brand priorities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Regional Integrated Marketing Communication Development:  partner with local team and agency partners to amplify the Core Creative Idea into key connection points eg on-ground activation / assets / POS / digital / outdoor / print / TV etc, optimizing Communication Strategy and plans. Uses “shelf-backward” lens to connect plans with consumers and engages other key constituents
  • Media / Asset Strategy Development:  partner with local Media and Interactive manager, to optimize media investment strategies and plans for individually managed initiatives. 
  • Content Creation: Supports the development and delivery of world class content in line with BVAs and in alignment with specific brand priorities, strategies
  • Agency Relationship Management:  Work closely with key project/program agency (media / creative) relationships, managing resource allocation and quality control (timing, cost, creative delivery). 
  • IMC Plan Execution: Execution of key pieces of IMC plans and priorities—ensuring clear links to CCI and leveraging brand strategies.  Manage clear processes/routines with key partners (eg bottler, agencies, etc) to ensure plans are executed on time/ in-budget and coordinated across key constituents as needed.  Support clear execution and related “post-mortems”. 


Job Scope/ Financials

  • Volume:  Indonesia volume currently +130M—with ambitious transformation plan leading to +1B UC by 2020.
  • Consumer DME:  $US +45M. Position to manage specific investments in specific media, sampling, activation on specific portions of key projects
  • Country Portfolio:  Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands
  • Brand Portfolio:  Coca-Cola TM, Fanta, Sprite, Minute Maid, Frestea,  Powerade and likely entrants in Energy (Burn), Enhanced Hydration (Aquarius), and Herbal


OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in related field.  MBA or equivalent desirable 

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in diverse marketing roles 

Travel: Mostly Regional:  20-30%
