Description
 

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver on the following fronts:

•Manage Citi’s grant-giving in the country, from selection of potential partners to reviewing and tracking all grant submissions;

•Develop innovative and sustainable community programs that are aligned with Citi Foundation’s global priorities;

•Closely monitor the execution of the programs, and support the evaluation/impact assessment of these community partnerships;

•Build relationships with current community partners, as well as proactively identify and establish relationships with potential community partners;

•Coordinate strategic, skills-based employee volunteer initiatives in the Philippines;

•Drive regular and effective external and internal communications that increase the transparency/visibility of community investment activities among key stakeholders in the Philippines as well as across Asia;

•When relevant, lead and provide disaster response support and guidance;

•Represent Citi at relevant forums, meetings, and events.

Qualifications
 

• At least 5 - 7 years working experience in the Corporate Social Responsibility / Citizenship space and in the development/non-profit sector

• Experience in the financial services industry and the fields of financial education, microfinance, and/or environmental sustainability will be a distinct advantage

• Stint in a multinational company preferred

• Excellent English communications skills, especially writing/editing/proofreading, with in-depth understanding of grant proposal writing

• Excellent process management/organizational skills including time management and attention to detail

• Strong project management and event management skills

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels and be a team player

• High degree of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of print and web-based publication design/production techniques

• Familiarity with mainstream social media

• Degree qualified; Master’s degree a strong plus
