The Aon Singapore Center for Innovation, Strategy and Management is currently looking for a consultant for its Investment Consulting Initiative, serving the needs of the firm’s clients and investment consultants worldwide. You will participate in the development and enhancement of global asset allocation processes, model portfolios and quantitative manager research methods, and developing world-class investment thought leadership, all in conjunction with the firm’s global team of investment consultants, manager research, asset allocation and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 

• Development, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the processes underlying the firm’s global asset engine, including asset allocation and investment strategy, model portfolios, and quantitative investment manager screens
   
• Conducting quantitative analysis using databases and other data sources
   
• Participating in the production of thought leadership (white papers and associated implementation strategy)
   
• Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the firm’s global team of consultants, researchers and other stakeholders

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a senior investment consulting, investment management, academic or similar role
   
• MBA and/or CFA designation preferred
   
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
   
• Problem solving and analytical skills
   
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and deliver within stipulated timelines
   
• Able to quickly and competently build relationships
   
• Continuous improvement focus
   
• Strong Excel skills; programming experience desirable
   
• Proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint
