The Test Manager is responsible for:
• Managing all aspects related to the AIGSS testing to support Projects and PSG for SAP Testing capability, including the management of resources and overall project delivery. 
• Engaging various departments, to manage the overall demand against the available resource and skill capacity. 
• Managing test activities on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives.

Position Requirements 
EDUCATION
• A related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Master’s /Post Graduate Degree (not mandatory)
• Very proficient with Microsoft Office Tools e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word 

CERTIFICATION TRAINING
• PMI/PMP Certified (not mandatory)
• International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)  (not mandatory)

DELIVERY EXPERTISE
• Able to structure own and other's activities to improve productivity or minimize delays/rework
• Ability to think strategically, work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrates excellent soft skills and service management skills
• Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements 
• Ability to build and maintain business relationship with executive leadership levels of test stakeholders 
• Ability to align with AIGSS capability strategic goals and leadership
• Ability to provide overall project vision, process guidance related to testing and to set strategic directions
• Ability to manage all aspects of the ITG organization, including providing overall guidance and direction to the project and overseeing financial management activities 
• Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process Strong experience with Software Development projects

COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
• Knowledge and experience in Software Testing Methodology, Processes and practice
• Proficiency in the use of HPQC for test preparation, test execution, incident management, and generation of reports

WORK EXPERIENCE
• More than 10 years working experience in Software Development 
• More than 4 years working experience as a SAP Project Manager/ Test Manager
• Multiple years experience with on/offshore delivery models (not mandatory)
• Insurance industry expertise or finance related industries preferred (not mandatory)
• SAP testing exposure

COMMUNICATIONS
• Excellent verbal, listening, written communication skills
• English proficient (oral and written)
• Good and effective presentation skills 
• Ability and confidence to communicate with external stakeholders and customers at various executive levels
• Confidence in dealing with senior management
• Consistent use of Meeting Agendas/Chairing/Outcomes/follow-up
• Experience in  customer/client facing 

INITIATIVE
• Can operate without or very minimal senior management oversight
• Proactive in providing feedback and proposing continuous improvement of test processes and the implementation of change to improve process and service delivery
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction 
• Developing a strong relationship with the Customer is KEY to this role
• Demonstrable ability to manage all vendors who have a part in the overall project delivery
