Job Title:

Test Development Engineer (RF/Infrared/Thermography) – Expert

Description:

1. Partners/involvement with Product ER involve in test development to meet cost objectives (Gross Margin improvement), component technology obsolescence and customer requirements. 
2. Participates actively in new product introduction test development, including influencing the product test to ensure manufacturability and conformance with ISO9K and metrology standard, and managing the test processes transition into production. 
3. As mentor to implement the transition of test processes from prototype to stabilization phase during manufacturing release.
4. Partners with ER to define manufacturing tester plan; test platform architecture and requirements. 
5. Plan manufacturing tester development schedule, complete tester debugging and release on time.
6. Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments 
7. Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issue
8. Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering procedures
9. Complete tester MU calculation that comply with ANSI Z540.3 / ISO17025 compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent in EE Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2. At least 8 years of manufacturing experience in NPI product development .
3. Demonstrated record of successful microwave/millimeter-wave test development projects 
4. ASNT level II or level III certification in Infrared testing and understanding of fundamental in infrared/Thermography metrology
5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate the efforts of other engineers and technicians.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Good organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
8. Familiarity with the use microwave/millimeter-wave test equipment. 
9. Familiarity with technical documentation such as specifications, test methodology and test data. 
10. Familiarity with metrology requirement.
11. Advance knowledge in C++/VEE/TE. NET programming knowledge
12. Familiarity with metrology requirement.
13. Familiarity with ISO17025/Z540.3 quality requirements
