The ADP Summer MBA Experience
ADP’s Summer MBA Program provides a dynamic ten-week experience through which participants are immersed in strategic initiatives across key global business areas such as Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Corporate Strategy. 

Program elements include:
• Executive Committee exposure/mentorship
• Global cross-functional business projects
• Assignments on critical business initiatives with the ability to create immediate impact
• Presentations to leaders and clients
• Application of knowledge and skills from your first year of business school across real life business challenges

Our desired candidate would possess the following qualifications:
• MBA or joint advanced degree (e.g., JD/MBA, MD/MBA) 2015 Candidate
• 3-5 years professional experience
• Strong analytical/problem solving abilities
• Nimble leadership – ability to move fast, break down and synthesize complex problems
• Exceptional personal impact

A Path to the Future 
At the end of the summer, every program participant who has met performance expectations will be considered for a full-time offer in our 2015 Global Leadership Development Program upon completing his/her MBA.
