Interact with client to understand their needs/demand. Participating in clients’ meeting to build up a close relationship with clients

Structure and define specific solutions and implement the proposed improvements. Participate in the implementation of banking information technology systems

Work with client business people and facilitate workshops to define the business requirements

Adapt the existing information systems to regulatory changes, new accounting standards and new operational standards

Assist the client in adapting the internal organization to new requirements and Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements

Coordinate and supervise activities between different stakeholders (internal or external)

Apply experience and expertise in specific deep domain skills (e.g. front office, advisory platforms, portfolio management, multi-channel, social media, mobile, analytics, etc.)

Build relationships with key clients through delivery and expand client footprint

A least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience, preferable experience in project management

At least 2 - 3 years of banking experience, preferable retail banking

At least 2 - 3 years of one of the following:

Management Consulting Experience

Business Analysis Experience

System Integration Experience

Technical Architecture and Consulting Experience

At least 3 years of managing a team of 3-5+ people

Must speak Vietnamese and English language fluently
