Twin Cities, MN Regional: About Us

The inaugural Leadership Team of NAAMBA Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota) was announced in March, 2011. On May 10, 2011 NAAMBA Twin Cities hosted a successful Launch, which was sponsored by UnitedHealth Group's (UHG) Diversity & Inclusion Council. The Launch was attended by employees from ten Fortune 500 companies and sister organizations.

Following the launch, NAAMBA TC hosted a private tour of the newest Microsoft Technology Center in Minneapolis. Attendees of this exclusive event were given an inside look at innovative technologies and world-class expertise for business solutions. In July NAAMBA TC was invited to partner with NSHMBA for their annual Summer Bash and in August NAAMBA TC hosted their own Professional Networking event. In addition, HealthPartners and Medtronic invited NAAMBA TC to collaborate on professional development events.

NAAMBA Twin Cities has partnered with Asian BRGs/ERGs and other diversity organizations to generate strategic partnerships. With over 20 Fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities, NAAMBA TC is well positioned to further diversify the existing workforce.
