Julayne Lee |
Julayne Lee works in corporate recruiting at UnitedHealth Group, a leading healthcare company, which serves more than 75 million people worldwide. Prior to joining UHG, she was with SUPERVALU, Inc., a leading grocery retailer, where she co-founded and chaired the Asian Business Council. She co-created the first ever SUPERVALU Asian Pacific American Heritage Month poster. Before joining the corporate sector, she lived and worked in Seoul, South Korea teaching English to university students and business people at Sungkyunkwan University and Hanguk University of Foreign Studies. In addition, she worked for Samsung and the Korea Press Foundation. She also taught secondary mathematics in the U.S.
As the NAAMBA Twin Cities (Minnesota) President, Julayne is passionate about growing and developing a pool of high-calibre Asian talent in the Twin Cities as well as raising awareness around the business opportunity for Asian American marketing initiatives. After a highly successful NAAMBA TC Launch on May 10, 2011 attended by employees from over ten Fortune 500 companies, she looks forward to leading the Asian American business community in the Twin Cities to the next level through strategic partnerships.
Julayne was interviewed by Diversity Woman magazine for their February 2011 feature on Business Resource Groups. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Midwest Asian American Student Union (MAASU) and was appointed by Governor Dayton to serve on the Council of Asian Pacific Minnesotans. Julayne holds a B.S. in Mathematics Education and received her MAEd from Hamline University. She is also a member of NSHMBA MSP.

Milan Shroff |
Milan Shroff is a project manager for the Technology team at Target Corp in Minneapolis, MN. For the last 2 years, Milan has been specializing in healthcare technology for Target pharmacies. From 2008-2010, Milan was President of the Network of Indian Professionals – Twin Cities nonprofit chapter. During this time, NetIP increased charitable donations by 300% through strategic alliances with local companies. His chapter also made first time partnerships with quality staples in Minneapolis like the MIA-Minneapolis Institute of Arts, The Children's Theatre, and the MN Timberwolves.
Milan was born and raised in Minnesota. He enjoys all seasons of Minnesota, but summer is his favorite were he spends his days on Lake Minnetonka or golfing.

Ravi Shanbhag is a Finance Manager at UnitedHealthcare - Medicare and Retirement, a division of UnitedHealth Group that is dedicated to providing innovative health and well-being solutions that help senior Americans live healthier and more secure lives. He has over 10 years of professional experience and has held positions across Financial Planning, Consulting, Information Technology and Client Relations.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Enginnering in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, India. He has also done a management course at Peking University, Beijing, China focused on running a business in China.
Ravi also serves as a Director of Business Development and Technology for the Human Spirit Initiative, a part of the National Human Services Assembly. The Assembly functions as an association of the nation's leading non-profit organizations working together, sharing knowledge and expertise and collective leadership that can help shape the national health and human service strategies. The Human Spirit Initiative, for its part, aims to inspire individuals to recognize the needs around them, take action and give back to their communities.
Ravi enjoys reading, playing badminton and traveling. He is also an avid Formula 1 fan and is excited about F1 returning to the United States for the 2012 season.

A native of Shenyang, China (north of Beijing), Jing has been in the U.S. for six years. After graduating from University of St. Thomas, she joined Ainsley Shea, a local marketing agency, which helps US and Chinese companies explore more business opportunities across the ocean.
Jing has a unique insight when it comes to helping business growth and adapting to different cultures. She has helped many companies and organizations to target and approach the "sweet spots" overseas.
