Each year, at the Annual Leadership Conference's prestigious Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, NAAMBA recognizes exceptional Pan-Asian leaders and outstanding companies that excel in Asian diversity and inclusion.

NAAMBA Leadership Awards

1. The NAAMBA Executive Excellence Award Criteria:

• Be an experienced top level executive
• Inspirational leadership figure who serves as a role
• Impressive knowledge, experitse and creativity in their trailblazing efforts
• Cultivated positive change and improvement at his/her organization
• Support for training and career development of his/her organization
• Involvement in company and community advancement efforts

2. The NAAMBA Entrepreneurial Excellence Award Criteria:

• An individual who has achieved significant entrepreneurial success in any industry or business category through creativity, innovation, risk taking and the relentless pursuit of opportunity and advancement
• Has built a high performing venture and/or spearheaded the exceptional growth of a business
• Contributes to community initiatives by assisting underserved individuals, institutions & organizations

3. The NAAMBA Emerging Leader Award Criteria:

• Nominees must be 40 years old or younger
• A rising star who has innovatively used new business practices, processes or technologies to lead his or her enterprise to higher levels of performance and success in the marketplace
• Exhibits inspirational and exemplary leadership qualities
