Head - Solution Sales - Tax & Accounting Job

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead solution sales for GGO - India,Tax and Accounting.
- Lead the product workflow speclialized sales team to help drive the TRTA products / solutions in Corporate, Professional, SME and Government segments.
- Responsible for generating new gross sales and new revenue. Manage channel sales.
- Assist in implementing partner strategy and liaise with partners for driving revenue growth.
- Drive knowledge of competitive offerings, market and industry insight.
- Assist in helping localize products and pricing to India.
- Liaise with counterparts / teams globally for pricing and implementation strategy.
- Establish and drive customer relationships and partner relationships aimed at long term relationships and revenue growth
Additional Details.25 - 50 % travel expected.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, preferably with Commerce or Accounting background, MBA.
- 8 + years of direct sales experience, preferably to corporate.
- Ability to understand tax products and services in India.
- Detailed understanding of a solution sales process.
- Excellent interaction skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem Solver with imagination to structure creative solutions.
- Long term relationship builder.
Desired Skills:
