EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

SAP Cloud Inside Sales Specialists are customer focused with keen business acumen. They must understand business needs quickly and be able to position SAP cloud solutions to senior executives. You will get to work closely with experienced, like minded, cloud savvy professionals, building a great foundation for both your personal and professional future This position requires experience in selling one of the following Cloud lines of business solutions: 1. HCM Cloud Solution for HR line of business 2. CRM Cloud solutions for sales, marketing and services line of business 3. Procurement and business network solutions 4. ERP solutions You are responsible to achieve the revenue goal in assigned territory, build the territory business plan collaborating with other internal team such as field sales, Presales and partners, run programmatic sales initiatives directly, with partners to generate pipeline on weekly basis, nurtures slow moving pipelines and execute independently or with minimal supervision. In addition to the backing of the largest Business software provider and our training in consultative selling, we ensure that our employees have the tools required to make them successful sales professionals and to grow your career.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3- 5 years B2B field sales experience with excellent track record for sales success. • Discipline to work in a programmatic and dynamic inside sales environment • Experience in selling software solutions to customer's Human resources, Sales & Marketing and Procurement and CFO line of business is essential • Experience in selling cloud enabled solutions is a distinct advantage • Ability to drive the sales cycle end to end, from prospecting to lead generation to closure. • Understand client business needs and pain points. • Critical business judgment and comfort making recommendations to Sr. Execs • Social media active, Twitterer, blogger, linkedin active, and search aficionado. • Success orientated and understanding of customer needs and challenges • Experience in selling to CxO • Deep believe in the urgency and dominance of cloud solutions

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor equivalent mandatory • Master equivalent preferable • MBA advantageous • Excellent communication skills and ability to network within client´s organisation and access decision makers. • Ability to build collaborative team inside and outside the company
