Team and Culture Description:
The Sr. Director of Marketing leads the Asia-Pac Marketing organization
at Motorola Mobility. This includes leading 360 degree integrated
marketing activation for all Asia-Pac countries (excluding China).
Responsible for developing and aligning Asia-Pac marketing strategy
with business goals; and building, leading and coaching a best-in-class
marketing team to drive business and brand growth.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Develops and implements 360 degree integrated marketing for new
product introductions in support of AP business objectives.
Responsible for marketing across all consumer touch-points (both push &
pull), driving awareness, consideration, engagement, point of purchase, &
Optimizes marketing mix and investment allocation to reach business &
Develops annual marketing plans aligned based on Global Marketing
strategy; and manages quarterly planning process including “say/do”
Accountable for applying consumer insights, data analytics, ROI analysis,
and best practice knowledge to deliver strong marketing activation plans.
Responsible for building and maintaining strategic marketing relationships
with AP customers
Manages AP marketing resources: budget, agencies, and people.
Leads definition of Marketing scorecard and continuous tracking of
