Responsibilities include Strategic Planning for EMC engineering and all Business/Engineering Operations activities.
Budget management for discretionary budgets. Strategic Resource planning for 600+ organization, Driving initiatives across functional groups within EMC, Interface with Business Finance and HR for day to day operations. Work with Functional leaders (Senior Directors) within EMC business on all operational activities.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Candidate must have a MBA and an undergraduate degree in Engineering is preferred.
Strategic Planning and Operations Skills, Statistical Analysis skills, influencing and presentation skills, Hands on all Microsoft Office tools. Soft skills – collaborative, assertive, team player.
