Job Description

We are searching for a O2C- Invoice Operations Control Team Leader, based in Shanghai. Reporting to the Manager of O2C- Sales Support & Invoice Control, you will play a pivotal role in building a world class Finance Shared Services center. You will be focused on the following duties and responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• -5+ years working experience in Finance functions, Shared Service background is preferred.
• -Bachelor’s degree or above
• -Familiar with China Accounting Principles
• -International financial experience is preferred, but not required
• -Intermediate knowledge in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office is a plus
• -General knowledge of China Tax & Fa Piao regulation
• -Have a valid Accounting Certificate, CPA is preferred

Description

Operational Execution

- Monitor and manage o-Bachelor’s degree or aboveutsourced vendor work and review their operational results

- Develop relevant service level agreements ("SLA") with vendor to ensure operational excellence and effectiveness

- Oversee the accuracy and quality of outsourced operations, to ensure compliance with SLAs

- Review standard operating procedures agreed to with outsourced vendors

- Prepare and analyze operational reporting metrics and results, providing input to senior leadership in Finance and Operations

- Establish processes and relevant infrastructure to capture and analyze data regarding risks and benefits

- Manage internal and external coordination with key contact persons regarding Fa Piao inquiries

- Develop and integrate scalable processes to meet cross-functional business needs

- Act as the strategic business partner for O2C ("Order to Cash") for all Fa Piao activities in China

- Manage, monitor, track, and report operational related costs

- Oversee operational costs and ensure finances are well managed, monitored, and balanced for operational efforts and processes for Fa Piao in an efficient and timely manner

- Develop and deliver training content relating to Operational Excellence and process improvement methodologies

- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for senior Finance leadership

- Support Global Finance initiative to standardize processes across all of China routes to market

Control and compliance

- Ensure 100% compliance with internal guidelines, controls, policies and procedures.

- Ensure 100% compliance with Fa Piao regulations
