Honeywell: Sr. Business Development - Indonesia

This role is a senior level role for Indonesia representing HBS at C level relationship with customers. 
This person (He / She) should be able to 
1.Drive strategic growth for Indonesia HBS business (Security being main focus) 
2.Should drive towards niche and sustainable business especially with service tail in mind. 
3.Comes with senior level experience at least 6-8 years in Senior Management role in similar industry 
4.Has adequate market knowledge for Indonesia, good presentation and articulation skills at senior levels / C levels 
5.Ethically strong and big picture driver 
6.Should have market reach to consultants and customers previously 
7.Last but not least: Attitude of winning is essential, should be able to lead individually and also be a team player when necessary 
For Indonesia we plan to grow in 3 areas namely 
1.High end security like ports, airports, high end mixed office buildings etc, Industrial MNC customers with focus on ICT / IBMS, Energy Efficiency drive through smart grid and PLN engagement 

1,Engineering / Science Graduation back ground and MBA preferred but not mandatory
