Role: Business Development Senior Associate
Location: Preferably Dallas, Texas, but depending on candidate, will consider Chicago or New York
Education Level: Bachelor’s in Business/IT, MBA a plus
Responsibilities:
- Driveconference activities including:
- Preparation of meeting support materials including presentations, thought leadership, and client appreciation gifts
- Logistics coordination
- Meeting scheduling
- Design and execution of client events, possibly working with Booz’s strategic partners (Quofore, TradeInsights, etc.)
- Drive targeted email campaigns including distribution of messages, tracking and follow-up
- Drive and own tracking and updating of the C&R Pipeline
- Originate and drive ‘cold-calling’ campaigns aimed at soliciting and introductory calls or meetings
- Maintain the C&R client/prospect database for target CPG companies in North America
Professional Qualities:
Fast learner with a background ideally in both business and IT, or at least can demonstrate interest and capabilities in technology
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) a plus
- Sales/Marketing experience
- Proficient in Power Point and Word
- Good verbal skills, self-confident and presentable
- Self-starter who can work independently but understands the importance of teamwork andcollaboration
