Booz Allen: Workforce Planning Program Manager - VA, US - Ask questions and engage in discussions with other members on Asian MBA

Support workforce planning at the nexus of business consulting, strategic planning, and workforce analytics and the process that links organizations workforce requirements to the accomplishments of its mission, goals, and objectives. Work with leaders from across the firm to translate business requirements into actionable analytics and insights that incorporate information from traditional HR data sources and financial and business development sources. Leverage strong project management expertise to engage in cross-functional collaboration with a variety of stakeholders from internal Booz Allen teams. Demonstrate workforce planning and analytical expertise, applying knowledge and multiple perspectives to solve client challenges. Maintain responsibility for the development of a standard set of dashboards, pilot of critical role development strategies, ongoing maintenance of the roles taxonomy, and various workforce analysis projects. Establish, grow, and lead the service offering in FY15 and continue to mature the practice in the future.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
-5+ years of experience with management consulting and workforce planning
-5+ years of experience with data analysis
-5+ years of experience with project or program management
-Experience with preparing and communicating materials for executive audiences
-Experience with the Microsoft Office, including, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
-BA or BS degree

Additional Requirements:
-Experience with workforce planning-related expertise preferred
-Experience with workforce planning in the professional services industry preferred
-Experience with working in a fluid and fast-paced environment
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; MA, MS, or MBA degree a plus
-HCI SWFP Certification
-PMP Certification
