Grow the business by helping clients develop data-driven digital strategies that improve the customer experience, create new revenue streams, and streamline operations. Support digital operating models, including designing digital operating models to maximize effectiveness of digital investments and help achieve organizational objectives, customer engagement, including developing strategies and implementation roadmaps around the customer journey to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, and advanced analytics, including working with analytics experts to transform data into actionable insights that help organizations make data-driven business decisions. Support client engagements, focused on digital strategy, operating model design, customer engagement, product development and pricing, and organizational productivity, understand where advanced data techniques, including machine learning, statistics, and data mining can be applied to solve core business challenges, and capture digital requirements and translate them into specific data, technology, and operating model solutions. Develop strategies and business cases for the monetization of mobile applications and data-driven business intelligence, use design thinking principles to develop customer journey maps and customer engagement strategies, and produce and organize persuasive outputs leveraging multiple formats, including Excel-based models and PowerPoint. Sequence and prioritize work, provide meaningful input into client deliverables, drive innovation in digital for clients and internally, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite, and manage a diverse team of consultants on a mix of public sector and commercial engagements. Develop consultant solutions and thought pieces that provide an authoritative voice in digital, serve as the functional expert in digital strategies, generate business in digital for Booz Allen though tactical sales and soft branding, and assist with people development activities, including onboarding, interviewing, training, and mentoring.
-8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Ability to work in a mix of commercial and public sector environments
-Ability to transform and modernize historically conservative sectors, including energy and utilities
-Ability to work with the federal government to transform the way services are delivered to citizens
-Ability to work on fast-paced commercial engagements, including outside of business hours
-Ability to meet client travel requirements when they arise
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with management consulting or at a start-up or tech firm, focusing on digital strategy, Web technologies, or mobile application design
-Experience with financial modeling, statistical analysis, or data mining
-Experience with building product and services around big data analytics
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MBA or MA or MS degree in a related functional field, including product design, data analytics, technology, marketing, and communications
